Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. RESCHEDULE:

    • For all online paid appointments for consultation and/or Preventive Health Package (PHP), rescheduling such appointment can be done only before scheduled date and time and of the same physician in case of consultation subject to availability of doctors.

    • Rescheduling of all online paid appointments can be done only until the invoice against such appointment is generated. Once invoice is generated, cancellation and refund process as mentioned below should be followed and re-process for a fresh booking, if need be.

    • For all non-paid appointments for consultation and/or PHP, rescheduling such appointment can be done.

  2. CANCELLATIONS:

    • Cancellation by the Customer:

      • For any online paid appointments, where services were not availed at the appointed time despite invoices being generated against such online appointment booking, 100% fees will be refunded.

      • For any online paid booking for Preventive Health Package (PHP) where the service is not availed on the date of appointment, such online PHP booking should be cancelled for claiming a refund either through call centre or email provided to you in the confirmation or through a written request for cancellation.

    • Cancellation by CSH:

      • Occasionally, OPDs or appointments are cancelled or postponed by the Doctor/ CSH. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the CSH. You may book new appointment as per your convenience subject to availability of the doctor.

  3. REFUNDS:

    • Cancellation by the Customer:

      • Upon receipt of a valid cancellation of the appointment and/or PHP as stated above, we will refund the money the way the payment was received. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account/accountholder’s bank account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

      • You will be provided with refund reference number for further communication.

      • The refund amount shall be processed within 15 business working days from the date of the cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions being met successfully.

      • The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and the organization cannot be held liable for the delay.

      • No refunds/cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against Services received.

      • No refund will be given after 15 days from the day the payment is made to the company, before utilization of the service.

      • No refund will be given for partially utilized services at any time.

    • IMPORTANT:

      • If you are unable to make your appointment then you should cancel the appointment by email or call Kerf call centre.

      • Cancellation through mail or call centre is allowed for all the bookings until the time of appointment or Invoice generation whichever is earlier.

  4. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS:

    • These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Kerf Hospital from time to time at our sole discretion. Upon amendment, we will place a notice on our homepage. Please periodically review the controlling version of these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the Kerf Hospital website subsequent to Kerf Hospital making available an amended version of these Terms and Conditions, you thereby acknowledge, agree, and consent to such amendment.

    • This Terms and Conditions are applicable to only services purchased from the Site.

    • The failure of Kerf Hospital to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by Kerf Hospital of any provision of this terms shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

    • These Terms and Conditions are fully assignable by Kerf Hospital and will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of our successors and assigns.

    • The customer/patient agrees to not make any public statements that assert or imply any relationship with Kerf Hospital , unless you have Kerf Hospital’s prior written approval.

    • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the court should nevertheless endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.

    • Kerf Hospital reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions, and no other rights are granted by implication or estoppel or otherwise.

    • Kerf Hospital reserves the right in its discretion to change without prior warning or notice any information or material contained on the CSH website and the Terms and Conditions under which the Services are used.

    • INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify and hold Kerf Hospital , its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or relating to your use of the Site and its services, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the Site, or your breach of the Terms of Use.

    • ADVERTISING: The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. Kerf Hospital is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.

  5. VIOLATION OF TERMS OF USE:

    • You understand and agree that in Kerf Hospital’s sole discretion, and without prior notice, Kerf Hospital may terminate your access to the Site, or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized user information, if Kerf Hospital believes that the information you provide has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use, or violates the rights of Kerf Hospital, or any third party, or violates the law.

    • You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Kerf Hospital for violations of these Terms of Use and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Kerf Hospital may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena.
